Terms of Service & Refund Policy

The terms below explain how our digital lesson materials and custom teaching services work.

Our services

China History Studio provides digital Chinese history teaching materials, including free lesson downloads and paid custom lesson services. These are digital products; no physical goods are shipped.

Free lesson materials

Free lesson download links can be requested by providing your email address. Free materials are for your personal classroom teaching use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or use them for commercial purposes.

Custom lessons and payment

Start by discussing your requirements through the custom lesson inquiry form. We provide a quote for your approval. Production begins and payment is collected only after you confirm the quote.

Refunds and revisions

Once you confirm a custom quote, we begin allocating work to your materials. If production has not yet started, you may request a full refund. After completed materials have been delivered, refunds are generally not available.

If we fail to deliver on time for reasons on our side, or the delivered materials do not meet the agreed requirements, we can agree on a refund or provide revisions at no additional charge.

Copyright and classroom use

Once your custom lesson materials are completed, copyright in the custom materials we create for you belongs to you, the ordering teacher, for your personal classroom teaching use. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio after removing information that identifies you.
